Resume Assistance:
Starting a new life in a new country can feel overwhelming, especially when looking for a job. Our resume assistance program is here to help refugees and newcomers showcase their strengths, skills, and experiences in a way that employers in the U.S. understand and value. With one-on-one support, we’ll work together to create a resume that opens doors and builds confidence for your career journey.
Forklift Training:For many, a steady job begins with the right training. Our forklift certification program gives participants hands-on experience and the safety knowledge needed to succeed in warehouse, construction, and logistics careers. With this valuable skill, refugees and community members gain an advantage in the job market and take an important step toward financial stability and independence.
Workforce Education and Innovation:We believe education is the key to unlocking opportunity. Our workforce education and innovation programs provide practical skills like computer literacy, English language development, and workplace communication—all designed to help refugees thrive in today’s job market. By blending traditional learning with creative approaches, we empower participants to grow, adapt, and build lasting careers.
Refugee Employee Assistance Programs (REAP):Finding a job is only the beginning—feeling supported and understood at work is just as important. Our refugee employee assistance programs offer guidance, encouragement, and resources to help individuals adjust to workplace culture in the U.S. From understanding employee rights to building professional confidence, we’re here every step of the way to help refugees not only succeed at work, but also feel truly at home.
Transportation:Getting to work, school, and community events should never be a barrier to success. That’s why we provide reliable transportation services to help refugees and their families access the opportunities they deserve. With safe and dependable rides, we make sure nothing stands in the way of building a brighter future.
